Delivery:
Normally that needs 3-4 days to prepare the products,the normal delivery is in the estimated delivery dates after the seller received the payments from the buyer.
If the shipment is delayed more than 2 weeks time, The buyer can request to cancel this sales contract and refund the payment in full. the seller is responsible for all goods damaged during transit due to improper packaging or the lack thereof.
Packing: Standard carton package, with shock absorption materials.

DHL and postman needs your Street Address, phone number, otherwise they will not start this delivery.
DHL or EMS: 3-4 working days on the way.
Hongkong postal:10-16 working days on the way.
*Hongkong postal air mail is cheaper,you will not expect it has prompt shipping status updating service
like DHL, after you get the tracking number from us,wait for 2-3 days, then you can get tracking informtaion from their website, more 5-8 days, when the mail arrives your country, then you can try the same tracking number via your country official postal website, i.e.: www.usps.com for USA buyers.
When you get the tracking number, that means the air mail is on the way,please keep patience,
sometimes,you track the website see nothing, actually, the air mail is on board, Hongkong postal may
update the information later than actual shipping status.
Notes: the seller can not send any batteries via air Express, so batteries should be provided by the customers themselves.
