Warranty
The sellser is responsible for defective laser products caused by faulty parts or workmanship within warranty period , one (1) year for windows and six (6) months for goggles, depending on model and make. The warranty period begins after the buyer receives the laser unit from the buyer.
During first one year period, the sellser agrees to repair and perform maintenance procedures free of charge. The damaged unit after being repaired must meet the original factory specifications. The warranty time is not renewed once the product is maintained or replaced.
Exceed the warranty period, the sellser agrees to maintain and repair damaged laser units for a reasonable cost. The shipping freight is borne by both the sellers and buyers. The sellser only can provide the after-service at home interiorly.
* Repair or refund procedure:
1. Please send email to laser@skylaser/cn (change / to be . ),
tell us the product type name and SN number, the malfunctional discription with photos.
Please write the email less than 100 words, less words will be useful for us, because of language
and culture and technologies difference, we can not estimate everything well--just read your email.
2. If it is necessary,I will ask you to take a short video (data <10 M) by your phone,
send me via email attachment,to match your description. We can not read youtube,in China.
Now is internet age, and it is easy to take a short video, after we estimate the
video or photo, get the fault reason, may some products will not be requested back,
to save the shipping cost, then we can send a replacement or give you a refund soon, to save time.
3. After we estimate the video,and we decide that it is necessary to sent the product back,
then I will give you a shipping invoice with "Return number" and my address information,
you can send the product (just the laser body with small bubble pack ,no origin box,to save the
shipping cost) back to me, via your national postal service (cheap air mail, 10-15 days to China,
trackable),please tell me the shipping cost before you send it back. Write the Return number
on shipping bill. After you send the product back, please send me the tracking number and
postal fees receipt copy ( jpg or pdf ) .
4. Afte we estiamte the video or check the product, and confirm the defective laser units are caused
by our faulty parts or wrong workmanship, we will make an apology to you, then we can replace,
repair the product, or refund you, and pay you the back shipping cost and resend shipping cost.
This is procedure,video or photo are very important! I might know the fault reason from video or photos.
We can not replace or refund , just with email discriptions. *
Special circumstances:
The products will not be maintained free ,if:
a. The product is disassembled by the customer.
b. The customer does not use the laser unit according to the user's manual.
c. There are signs of intense shock caused by the customers (such as dropping the laser).
d. The power of the laser reduces due to normal usage and is not in the warranty range.
e. The damage is caused by fire, earthquake, thunder etc, or non-stable voltage and current.
