Warranty and after-service
1. Within 1 month after the buyers get the product, if the product be operating wrong because of its production, it can be returned to the sellers, and full refund to the buyers, or be changed free. The sellers will pay all the shipping freight.
2. Within 12 months for green and blue lasers, 6 months for red lasers, 6 months for all portable lasers and laser pointers,
after the buyers get the product, maintenance or repair, free. The shipping freight are borne by both the sellers and buyers. The warranty time cannot be renewable, once the product is maintained or replaced.
3. If the product be operating wrong, or need maintenance, before the product be sent for after-service, the buyers need to provide test report and photos about the wrong parts.
4. The original series number labels should be completed. The guarantee card should be true,and will be effective of the sellers or agent’s seal.
5. The sellers provide lifetime technology support to their products.
6. The products will not be maintained free, if the trouble is caused by the following a-e terms :

The product is disassembled by the buyer or changed fittings without grant by the sellers.

Operating and maintenance are not according to the user’s book, or the environment condition is worse than datasheet of the products.

Intense shake during transit by the buyers.

The power reduces naturally as be used in the lifetime, it’s not in the warranty range.

The damage is caused by fire ,earthquake, thunder etc,or non-stable voltage and current.

7.Recall: If the sellers find there is potential problems, after the buyers receive the temporary replacement, the buyers are requested to send the products back to be checked. The buyers get the products after maintenance, then send back the replacement.
8.The sellers reserve the final explanation rights of all the above.
Force majeure:
Either party shall not be held responsible for failure or delay to perform all or any part of this agreement due to flood, fire, earthquake, draught, war or any other events which could not be predicted, controlled, avoided or overcome by the relative party. However, the party affected by the event of Force Majeure shall inform the other party of its occurrence in writing as soon as possible and thereafter send a certificate of the event issued by the relevant authorities to the other party within 15 days after its occurrence.
Arbitration:
All disputes arising from the execution of this agreement shall be settled through friendly consultations. In case no settlement can be reached, the case in dispute shall then be submitted to the Foreign Trade Arbitration Commission of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade for arbitration in accordance with its Provisional Rules of Procedure. The decision made by this commission shall be regarded as final and binding upon both parties. Arbitration fees shall be borne by the losing party, unless otherwise awarded.
